We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our skincare brand’s online presence and drive conversion through well-planned digital strategies. You will be responsible for building and executing targeted ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. Your primary goal will be to increase traffic, improve engagement, and maximize return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and run paid ad campaigns tailored to the beauty/skincare audience

Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEMrush

Coordinate with creative teams for ad visuals, landing pages, and CTAs

Optimize website SEO and manage email automation flows (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)

Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to run UGC-focused campaigns

Monitor trends and adapt campaign strategies accordingly
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing for consumer beauty brands. A passion for skincare and beauty trends is essential.
