CRM Manager – Clean Beauty Brand

We are looking for a CRM Manager to oversee customer journeys across email, SMS, loyalty programs, and retargeting. Your role will be key to nurturing leads and improving retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Map customer lifecycle and design automated workflows

  • Oversee list segmentation and data hygiene

  • Analyze churn rates, LTV, and engagement metrics

  • Integrate campaigns with eCommerce and support systems

You must have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms, and a passion for sustainable, clean beauty.
